Returns Eligibility

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with supporting photos/videos.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

Replacement Policy
